Google has an event planned on this September 29th, and we are expecting to hear and see some news about a couple of New Nexus hardware – the LG Nexus 5X and the Huawei Nexus – as well as the final version of the all new Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The next question obviously after the unveiling of the completed Marshmallow OS would be, when will it start reaching out to public? Canadian carrier Telus might have some answers for us. It listed out the possible dates for the OTA update roll out for various devices among which the Nexus 5 and 6 are listed to receive the Marshmallow update on October 5th.
Even if the schedule turns out to be as it is in the coming days, it is expected to be understood by the common user that this could only be the date when the roll out begins and NOT when it reaches to all the people. As usual, it will take its own sweet time depending on the country and carrier.
How eager are you to receive Marshmallow on your Android?
