Windows Phone OneDrive

Microsoft has released an update to its storage app OneDrive. The update brings the version of the app to 4.12. The app now comes with Cortana integration which lets you, the user ask Cortana to show up a particular set of pictures, and Cortana happily obliges to show you those pictures which you have asked for, when it recognizes them.

For an example, say  ” OneDrive search for Betty’s flowers”. Cortana will straight away search your OneDrive and keep in front of you all those pictures that it recognizes as flowers.

Here’s the complete change log listed in the Store page of the app:

• You can now search your OneDrive using Cortana. Try telling Cortana “OneDrive search for cats.” You have cat pictures, right? (We needed an example, and it seems that everyone on the Internet loves cat pictures.)

• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
