Many of the user’s did not update their Lumia devices to Windows 10 Technical Preview. The reason could be the known issues bothered them, or they were just waiting for a stabler build to come out. But by now, most of the users would have updated their devices to the latest Windows Phone 8.1 GDR 2 update.
The main change that came with the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 is the revamped settings menu. The menu has some changes in the order the options are listed – the settings menu is now organized into categories making it a bit easier to locate any necessary feature. Additionally, ‘Office’ and ‘Cortana’ options made their way to the Settings menu. By what is show, the Office option pretty much allows to do nothing more than reset the Office. Also, in the about section of the settings, users now could change the name they give to their device. Previously this was allowed only to do when the phone was connected to the computer through the Windows Phone Desktop software. Have a look at the screenshots given in the gallery below.
