Motorola has announced today that it has started rolling out the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop update to its flagship mid-range smartphone, the Moto G (1st as well as the 2nd gen), to the U.S and India.
While Indian users of both the Moto G (2013) and the Moto G 2nd gen (2014) will be receiving the update, the U.S sees only users of Moto G (2014) receive the update. Motorola mentions that this update is rolled out in phases, which means that not all users will receive the update at once. So if you are a Moto G user, you need to look-out for notifications on your device, which can bring the Lollipop update to your device.
