Today’s Facebook Messenger to Windows Phone is more of a bug-fixing update. The update changed the version of the app to 22.214.171.124 and as it is visible from the version number, there is nothing much to get excited about the update. The one feature that came along with the Android update was the forwarding message or the photo feature.
The update is also said to improve the overall performance of the app.
iOS 8 was released two days ago for Apple iPhone and iPad users. Following it, Facebook messenger was updated to version 12.0 to support the latest iOS 8 software on both iPhone and iPad.
