It’s the Nokia X2 that was being teased by Nokia since the last week. Microsoft just unveiled the new Nokia X2, the next generation of the Nokia X line. Featuring a 4.3 inch display and dual sim option, the Nokia X2 brings quality hardware, enhanced performance, the unique Fastlane experience and the popular Microsoft services to a wider audience,they X2 green


The new Nokia X2’s exterior is much same as the bold design of the original Nokia X, but it comes with a brand new translucent layer making it shine at whatever time of the day. Just like the other Nokia X models, the X2 also comes with the Fastlane Android experience . The new feature of this X2 is that along with a back button, it comes with a home button, making it easier to do multitasking.

The Nokia X2 comes with another new app navigation feature – Apps list – which keeps the home screen clear for the most used apps and brings the Lumia experience to the user. Nokia X2 back buttonPowered with a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon Processor and an 1800 mAh battery, the new Nokia X2 comes with a 4.3 inch  LCD display, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage (expandable witha MicroSD card), a 5 MP rear camera with Flash and auto focus. There also is a front camera for the X2 but its resolution is untold but Nokia just mentioned that it will be perfect for Skype calls. As mentioned above, Nokia X2 is a dual sim phone.

It comes with Microsoft services such as Skype, and OneDrive with 15 GB of storage for free. OneNote, the note taking app makes its debut in the Nokia Z2. Bing search, Yammer and Xbox games are available to the users from the Nokia Store.

HERE Maps and Mix Radio come pre-loaded in the phone and can be used even there is no internet connection to the phone. Social apps like Facebook, Facebook Messenger, LINE, WeChat and Path are also available. If you cannot find what you want from the pre-loaded apps, the third party apps will always be available for you to download from the Nokia Store.

Nokia X2

Priced at €99 (around Rs. 8097) , the new Nokia X2 will be available immediately in select countries globally. Buyers can chose from Glossy Green, orange, and black  variants currently with Glossy yellow, white and Matt dark grey coming in future.
