The company is pushing updates to both of its Messenger services , Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp (Facebook owns WhatsApp now, if you remember). WhatsApp picked up an update for “enhancements and bug fixes” just yesterday and now its Facebook Messenger’s turn to get an update on Windows Phone. Read about it here.
Facebook Messenger turned to version 5.0 last week bringing some big changes including the support for Groups. You can read about that here, if you did not know. Now this new update changes the version of the app to 220.127.116.11 Unlike the last one, this update does not bring any changes to the app but works as a bug-fix for the previous version.
If you use Facebook Messenger on Windows Phone, head to the Windows Phone store to pick up the update. If you do not use Facebook Messenger, you can download it for free from the Windows Phone Store here.
What bugs did the new update 18.104.22.168 of Facebook Messenger fix for you? Let us know in the comments.
